Merchandise & Craft Vendor Registration Information

A Taste of Camarillo Wine, Brew & Food Festival
Sunday, July 30, 2017 – 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm

Vendors are featured throughout the grounds of the beautiful Camarillo Ranch.

Vendor Info, Fees and Requirements

Space Fee: 

$150 per space, includes one vendor ticket. Due with application.

Silent Auction Item:
Vendor to donate item (minimum value $50) suitable for Silent Auction. Donated item to be delivered to MSL upon acceptance as vendor.

Percentage:
Vendor to pay 10% of gross sales to Meadowlark Service League at conclusion of event.

Insurance:
Proof of insurance must be provided. $2 million General Liability, $1 million each occurrence is required. Insurance for the event only can be purchased through MSL for $40.

Additional tickets may be purchased for $85 per ticket in advance/$95 at the gate.


Additional Info:

Set-up time: 9 am – 12:00 noon, vendors must be set-up by 12:00 noon and remain open until event closes at 4:00 pm Vendor must provide all booth supplies/equipment (tables, chairs, canopies, etc.)

  • No refunds available.
  • A map, directions and space location will be e-mailed/mailed to you 10 days prior to the event.
  • This is an outdoor event. Be prepared for late July weather conditions.

Monday, March 27, 2017 – 8:30 am until 3:00 pm

Event highlight: Boutique shopping from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. Registration includes one table OR space for one rack. Additional tables or rack spaces are available.

Vendor Info, Fees and Requirements

Vendor Fee:
The basic Vendor Fee is $150. It includes one 8 ft. table OR one rack space. There is an additional fee of $50 for each table and/or rack space. For example, a vendor who requires one table and plans to bring two racks would pay $250. ($150 for the basic Vendor Fee which includes one 8’ table plus $100 for space for two racks.)

Percentage:
Vendor to pay 15% of gross sales to Meadowlark Service League at conclusion of event.

Opportunity Draw Item:
Vendor to donate item that represents your booth (minimum value of $50) for the Opportunity Drawing.
Donated item must be received by March 13.

Electricity:
Electricity must be requested in advance.
There is a charge of $20 for an electrical connection.
Vendor will supply extension cord.

Vendor lunch is available for $25. Must be ordered in advance.

  • Space is limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
  • Registration is due by mail. Vendor must supply merchandise description on Registration Form.
  • No refunds available after February 19, 2016.
  • Set-up time:  7:30 a.m. – 10 a.m., vendors must be set-up and open for business by 10 a.m. and remain open until 2 p.m.  Lunch will be served at 1 p.m.
  • MSL will provide tables, table linens and chairs.
  • Vendor is responsible to collect payment (taxes included) from shoppers. Vendor will supply all merchandise and shopping bags.

Homes for the Holidays
Sunday, December 10, 2017 – 10:00 am until 5:00 pm

The Red Barn Event Center at the Camarillo Ranch will be filled with vendors and shoppers for the most prestigious holiday boutique shopping event in Camarillo.

Payment is due with application.

No refunds available after November 14, 2016. 
Spaces in the Red Barn are offered as follows:

Standard Space:  $100 – 10’ x 7’
Premier Space: $150 – 10’ x 7’
Large Premier Space: $250 – 20’ x 7’
Electrical connection: $15
Table Rental:  $15 per 6 ft. or 8 ft. table

Percentage:

  • MSL will evaluate application based on the quality of merchandise and our goal to provide a diversified shopping experience for our guests.
  • MSL will provide rentals of 6’ or 8’ tables for $15 each if paid in advance.
  • Vendor will supply all merchandise, table linen, chairs and shopping bags.
  • Vendor is responsible to collect payment (taxes included) from shoppers. Please note: chairs are not available.
